1. Relationship and Responsibilities

When making use of our services, we at Wondrous Waltzes undertake to perform all agreed-upon services to the best of our abilities, in an attentive, reliable and caring manner. What we ask from Owners, is to kindly provide us with all the necessary information to assist us in this performance.

We at Wondrous Waltzes aim to keep Owners informed and up to date on their pet(s) adventures. We therefore undertake to notify Owners of any occurrence pertaining to their pet(s), which may be relevant to the care and wellbeing of their pet(s).

We at Wondrous Waltzes will supply and be fully equipped with all the necessary tools to clean up after your pooch.

We love socialising dogs and will aim to find suitable pair-ups for all our dogs. In cases where dogs require special care and attention (reactiveness, aggression, etc.), our High Care packages will be advised. In all other cases, our Walkers reserve the right to walk other compatible dogs at the same time but undertakes to limit the number of dogs walked with one person to 4 (four).

We would like your pets to be as comfortable as possible, and therefore ask you to provide us with suitable (walker approved) leads and collars (preferred) or harnesses, as well as any other walking accessories / necessities required for their pet(s).

Drop-off & pick-up times (also by appointment):
- Weekday mornings: 08:30 - 10:00
- Weekday evenings: 16:30 - 18:00
- Weekends: By pre-scheduled appointment
Although our doors will be open between the above mentioned hours, we also kindly ask you to confirm, once known, the estimated time of drop-off/collection around 24 hours in advance, as we’d like to ensure a smooth handover.
2. Cancellation or Early Termination

When it comes to cancellations, we understand things can oftentimes happen that are beyond control, and in such cases, ask you to please let us know of any changes in your plans as soon as you may become aware of them.

For all boarding & daycare bookings, our cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. For longer-term boarding clients (i.e., those staying with us for longer than 7 days), our notice period would be one week (7 days) prior to the boarding start date.

Our late cancellation fees will be charged at 25% of the costs of the originally agreed upon dates.

Early collections are possible, but we ask that you confirm your plans as soon as possible and we reserve the right to deny such requests or charge an additional fee where deemed appropriate.

Should any dog become aggressive or dangerous whilst under the care of Wondrous Waltzes, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement with immediate effect, and all costs will be of the Owner’s account.

Any wrongful or misleading information provided by Pet Owners may constitute a breach of our terms of Contract and be grounds for instant termination thereof.

Termination under the circumstances described in 2.2 or 2.3 above shall not entitle the Owner to any refunds nor relief of any outstanding payments due.
3. Liability

We at Wondrous Waltzes accept no liability for any breach of security or loss of or damage to the Owner’s property if any other person has access to the property during the term of service.

Pet Owners will be held liable for all medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to a Wondrous Waltzes caretaker / walker caused by the dog.

Wondrous Waltzes is released from all liability related to transporting dog(s) to and from any veterinary clinic or kennel, the medical treatment of the dog(s) and the expense thereof.
4. Indemnification

Owners will not blame and is required to pay back any and all costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and claims incurred by Wondrous Waltzes arising from said dog(s) behaviour unless the actions of Wondrous Waltzes has been wilful or negligent.
5. Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, Wondrous Waltzes will contact all Owners at the numbers provided to confirm the Owner’s choice of action. If the Owners cannot be reached in a timeous manner, Wondrous Waltzes will be authorised to:
- Transport the dog(s) to the listed veterinarian;
- Request on-site treatment from a veterinarian;
- Transport the dog(s) to an emergency clinic if the previous two options are not feasible.
6. Security

We at Wondrous Waltzes warrant to keep safe and confidential all keys, remote control entry devices, access codes and personal information of the Owner and to return same to the Owner at the end of the contract period or immediately upon demand.
7. Relaxation of Terms

No relaxation, indulgence, waiver or release by any party of any of the rights in terms of this agreement on one occasion shall prevent the subsequent enforcement of such rights and shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of any of the terms.
8. Assignment

No party may assign any of its rights or delegate or assign any of its obligations in terms of this agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except where otherwise stated.
9. Binding Effect

The terms of this agreement shall be binding upon and accrue to the benefit and be enforceable by either party’s successors, legal representatives and assigns as soon as this form is submitted.
